MasterSan ™ is the line of flexible hoses for air conditioning and ventilation that includes a complete range of hoses with anti-microbial protection, with or without external insulation, in addition to the range of patented single-walled pipes sp. 4 and 8 mm T-ESPTM, with or without external insulation. Recent tests have also shown that the material is also protected against viruses. TECNICA ™ is the only company in the world, a manufacturer of flexible hoses with built-in antimicrobial protection, able to offer a 10-year warranty.

PlenuSan ™ by TECNICA is the new plenum for the distribution / diffusion of air in air conditioning systems.
It is a product made in collaboration with Sanitized®, by coupling a new patented polyolefin resin film with antibacterial and antifungal action inside it. With PlenuSan ™ Tecnica proposes a plenum with internal walls protected by a layer of sanitizing fabric. The air, before being distributed by the diffuser, creates a flow as it arrives inside the plenum and inevitably touches the walls.

FiltraSan ™ by TECNICA is the new frontier for air filtration in air conditioning systems.
This is a new fiber created in collaboration with Sanitized® that TECNICA has developed on a new line of products for air filtration.
With FiltraSan ™ STOP to harmful particles carried by the air in the ducts of air conditioning systems.

Green building

LEED is a voluntary system, born thanks to U.S. Green Building Council, and based on consensus, for the design, construction and management of sustainable buildings and high-performance territorial areas and which is developing more and more internationally; it can be used on any type of building and promotes an integrated design system that covers the entire building.
LEED is also a flexible and articulated system that provides differentiated formulations for new constructions, existing buildings, small houses, for urban areas while maintaining a coherent basic approach between the various areas. The LEED certification, recognized internationally.

It is a building assessment protocol that focuses on the health and mental well-being of those who occupy a given built space. Considering the amount of time spent in closed environments, about 90% of a day, the WELL™ certification can be applied to all construction sectors and to all uses of buildings (residential, school, hospital, etc. ..) but finds its maximum expression especially in workplaces (offices, industries) in which the achievement of a serenity condition can have positive implications also on the productivity of the whole company.

It is a building assessment protocol, established in the UK, which focuses on the environmental performance of buildings. BREEAM® is based on recognized assessment methods set according to preestablished reference parameters in order to verify the design process and the construction and use of the buildings. The criteria concern different categories, from resource management to ecology, and include aspects related to the use of energy and water, the internal environment (health and well-being), pollution, transport, materials, waste, ecology and management processes.

Tecnica SRL owns and pursues, with regular updates the quality certifications of products and services as part of its Certified Quality System Management according to UNI EN ISO 9001: 2015 applied to the Hoses Department and Air Filtration Department.

MARINE EQUIPMENT DIRECTIVE – MED

MED Directive 2014/90/EU (and further updates) concerns all the equipment and the materials intended to be used on board the marine ships (warships excluded). It refers either to radio communication and navigation equipment, interior fitting materials for ships, or equipment for fire protection. The main purpose of the European directive on maritime equipment (MED) is:

Improve safety and prevent pollution of the seas with the uniform application of international instruments relating to the equipment to be installed on board EU ships (SOLAS Convention and IMO Resolutions);
Ensure the free movement of equipment within the European Union.
